About the Model

The unique form of the P-38 is captured in style

Features accurate depictions of early P-38 features such as slimline engine cowlings, intercoolers in leading edges, plus the curved canopy front.

Weights are included in the kit to ensure correct balance of the model when displayed.

The canopy can be assembled open or closed. When closed, it is a 1-part slide-moulded piece.

Air ducts connecting engine underside intercoolers and oil coolers are a real treat and should not be missed

Features an accurate rendering of the altered canopy with flat front face.

Comes with three marking options, plus masking stickers to aid with painting of the canopy, a background information text on the P-38J, and a full color painting guide.
